Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the following countries: UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Spain, USA, Canada, Australia.
Packages are dispatched from warehouses in the UK and EU, and online tracking is provided.
Shipping cost and estimated times
- EU and UK: free for all orders. Usually delivered within 5 business days.
- USA: $6.50 USD per order, or free when you spend over $60 USD. Delivered in about 5-10 business days*.
- Canada: $8.50 CAD per order, or free when you spend over $90 CAD. Delivered in about 5-10 business days*.
- Australia: $11.50 AUD per order, or free when you spend over $100 AUD. Delivered in about 5-10 business days*.
Taxes and customs charges
- EU and UK: your package does not cross a customs border and the price paid at checkout includes local VAT.
- USA and Australia: your order is exempt from all taxes and should be delivered without further charges.
- Canada: you will be charged GST and a customs handling fee when your package enters Canada.
Acknowledgement, dispatch and shipment tracking
- You will receive an order acknowledgement email immediately after placing your order. Please carefully check all details on the confirmation email and contact us immediately if there is an error, or if you wish to cancel.
- You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Please check and retain this email as it is your VAT receipt (EU and UK only) and proof of purchase.
Both emails contain a link to your order status page. The status page will be updated with a tracking link after dispatch of your order.
During busier periods (such as Christmas) please allow for longer shipping times.
Where is my shipment?
Your order status page (linked from your order confirmation email) provides parcel tracking information. If the tracking says that the parcel has been delivered, please check in possible safe places around your home, including with neighbours. Please contact us if you are unable to locate the parcel.
After receiving your package
Please check the condition and contents of your package as soon as possible. Contact us immediately, with photographs of the contents and outer packaging, if anything is missing or damaged.
